  • I'll be here every day in this program to give you all the knowledge, support, tools, and accountability you need to reach your health and wellness goals. 

    I won’t make you fit into some ‘one-size-fits-all’ nutrition plan box.

    Instead, I’ll truly get to know you and help you create a nutrition and lifestyle plan that makes sense for you and your goals.

  • In the first three months, we’ll meet weekly to dive deep into your habits, lifestyle, and goals. This is when the most change happens. You’ll have the space to ask all your questions, make adjustments to your nutrition and lifestyle habits, and build a strong foundation. It’s an exciting time full of discovery and progress as we work closely together to set you up for success.

    **12 total weekly coaching calls

  • By the time we hit the second three months, you’ll have the knowledge and tools to continue making progress, so our bi-weekly calls will focus on refining your habits and building confidence. This phase gives you more autonomy, helping you practice during different seasons while still getting the support and accountability you need.

    **6 total bi-weekly coaching calls

  • Between calls, you can ask me your questions anytime in Healthie (the HIPPA-compliant EHR that I utilize). This is also where I'll share any resources or documents that may help you throughout your journey.

    This means you’ll get unlimited support between calls—you can even leave me a voice memo with any questions or thoughts!

**Coaching calls can be done via phone, Zoom, or in-person at my office in Cedar Falls
(or a combination of all 3).

In this program, we dive into the five ‘pillars’ of your health — sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and mindset —because all of these things matter and contribute to your success in reaching your health goals.

With these five pillars in mind, we’ll move through four phases together. There is no set time that we spend in each phase, this truly depends on you and we will work at your pace!

Together, we’ll start making small, manageable changes that fit your life without feeling overwhelming or restrictive.

Now that you know how to reach your goals, it’s time to practice your new nutrition and lifestyle habits, so you can adapt them to any season of life. These habits will work for your lifestyle—not against it.

04 - Achieve

Last, I’ll give you everything you need to continue your new lifestyle on your own, so you leave with total confidence that you actually CAN achieve your health and wellness goals and maintain them for the long run.

    I'm all about consistency (not perfection), and consistency means continuing to try – especially when things aren’t perfect. 

    This is why the program is six months long, so we can practice your new lifestyle in the busy, messy (real-life) seasons we all go through. 

  • You’ll have daily access to me in Healthie (Monday – Friday) for any questions or support you need in this program! We’ll also meet weekly (via phone, Zoom, or in-person) for the first 3 months and bi-weekly for the second 3 months to walk through this entire journey together. I’m with you, girl!

    I promise you this is different. This isn’t a diet that you’re going to succeed or fail. This is truly a lifestyle that you’re going to learn, and we’re going to adjust it to fit you and your goals. You can't fail life, and you can’t fail eating. 

    There are ALWAYS going to be days that go better and days that aren’t as great. 

    That’s part of life, and I want to teach you how to understand and be okay with that. 

    I can’t promise you’ll lose weight, nobody can. Nobody can predict how a body is going to respond. But I CAN promise I’ll teach you all the things you need to do to SUPPORT your body to help achieve those weight loss goals.

  • Aside from our one session each week (or every other week), that’s it! There’s no homework or tests :). You are already living your life, and the tools and knowledge I give you are designed to fit into your life – not add more to your busy schedule. 

    When you join, you’ll notice how this program actually saves you so much time because you’re no longer spending your time and energy stressing about food, thinking about food, or planning your meals perfectly. 

    I’m helping you understand your nutrition and the healthy habits that make the most sense for you – the stress and time commitment of doing this alone is no longer on your shoulders.  

    *The first session will last approximately 45-60 minutes as this is when we'll really get to know each other and take a deep dive into your current habits.

    **Each consecutive session will last 30-40 minutes. We're all busy individuals and I respect your time! We'll utilize a weekly check-in form to help make sure each session is as helpful and efficient as possible!
